The role involves close support of buyers and sellers, rigorous process management, and informed decision-making throughout the entire property purchase or sale journey.
The consultant will work directly with clients, from strategy definition through to completion, ensuring clarity, consistency, and continuous guidance — without the process being passed from person to person.
Support buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate process, from first contact to completion;
Analyse clients’ needs, objectives, and financial context;
Define tailored acquisition or sales strategies for each case;
Source and market properties with technical accuracy and proper positioning;
Organise and manage viewings, negotiations, and offers;
Coordinate documentation, timelines, and all parties involved;
Ensure clear, transparent, and consistent communication with all stakeholders;
Work closely with banks, notaries, legal representatives, and strategic partners.
Experience in the real estate sector (valued but not mandatory);
Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics;
Excellent communication and active listening skills;
Autonomy, organisation, and decision-making ability;
Comfort working with processes, numbers, and documentation;
Clear rejection of aggressive or pressure-based sales approaches.
